Us
Global Remarketing Opportunities for Women (GROW) addresses the need for a supportive community to promote and expand the growth of women in the Automotive Remarketing Industry. The goal is to develop an ecosystem where women are recognized for their contributions, provided with support and guidance as needed, and exposed to opportunities that were previously inaccessible to them. This network will not only forge a path of equal opportunity, but it will expand the vision needed to generate a higher level of success for all.

Our History
Global Remarketing Opportunities for Women (GROW) was founded in 2022 by Shelly Frank of DAA of the Southwest and DAA of the Rockies, Kelly Bianchi of AuctionVcommerce, and Sheila Tedesco of Lobel Financial. Their shared vision was to expand the presence and leadership of women in the auto remarketing industry.
From its inception, GROW committed to providing programs that focus on areas where women are underserved, while partnering with companies that share and support its mission.
“Growing up in this industry, I never imagined I’d be a part of creating such an empowering, welcoming, and respected group,” Frank said in a news release. “So proud GROW is becoming a part of our industry and women will have a place to learn, engage, and support each other.”
GROW was inspired by Frank’s efforts to unite women through conference kickoff events. Building on that foundation, the co-founders expanded the vision, receiving overwhelming support from both male and female business leaders—further reinforcing the need for a dedicated community focused on the advancement of women.
Through sponsorships from companies such as American Recovery Service and Oklahoma Auto Exchange, the group was able to increase awareness and develop the infrastructure for a virtual presence and operations.
In 2023, GROW became a part of the ARA as a business resource group, joining forces to strengthen the presence of women in the industry.
By 2026, following rapid growth and industry-wide recognition, GROW had become an independent nonprofit organization. With this milestone came a strategic rebrand designed to better serve women in automotive remarketing and amplify their voices, leadership, and opportunities across the industry.
